門市購買 / 訂購安排需知：

Q：門市有現貨的嗎？
A：正常是有的，但始終門市和網店都不斷有客人購買，所以 Whatsapp 9583-5380 先 check 貨量才到臨門市會較好。

Q：可以選擇用什麼方式去領取購買了的禮劵？
A：閣下可以選擇【BESPOKE門市取貨】或【順豐自費到付】。

Q：如果剛缺貨的話，返貨要多久？
A：如果真的剛好在貴客落單時產品售罄，普遍不超過 7 個工作天內都會補貨的，所以都建議顧客預留足夠時間訂購。

Q：購買後會收到通知嗎？
A：成功購買後會收到電郵標題 “您的 Bespoke Mall 訂單的收據” 的電郵，而我們客服會在辦公時間向客人作出 Whatsapp 確認及發送出貨通知。（如沒有收到電郵請查看是否被歸類為「垃圾郵件」)

東海堂條款及細則：

• 憑此券可於有效期內在東海堂有限公司（“東海堂”）旗下位於香港特別行政區境內之東海堂餅店換領總值HK$50之禮餅（以折扣前零售價計算）
• 此券不適用於電話、手機程式或網上購物
• 此券只適用於換領禮餅，不適用於換領任何東海堂餅店寄賣之物品、所有飲品及所有其他產品
• 請於付款前出示此券
• 此券不能兌換現金或現金券
• 此券行使後將不獲發還
• 行使此券不獲現金或任何形式之找贖
• 行使此券不獲發任何會員積分
• 此券如有過期、遺失、塗污或損毀，即作廢無效，恕不補發
• 此券只可行使一次，影印本無效
• 此券不可與其他推廣優惠一併使用。此券不允許作任何形式之轉售
• 如作任何商業或推廣用途，必須事先得到東海堂書面同意
• 東海堂保留權利修改本條款及細則而不作另行通知

• This voucher entitles the holder to redeem cakes amounting to the value of HK$50 (calculated at retail price before discount) at AromeBakery Shops operated by Arome Bakery (H.K.) Company Limited (“Arome”) in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on or before the expiry date shown
• This voucher cannot be used for telephone orders, mobile apps, or online purchases
• This voucher can only be used to redeem cakes. It cannot be used to redeem consigned items, drinks, or other items at Arome Bakery Shops
• This voucher must be presented before payment
• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cash coupons
• This voucher will not be returned after redemption
• No change will be given in cash or any other form for redemption of this voucher
• No member points will be awarded for redemption of this voucher
• If this voucher has expired, is lost, altered or damaged, it will not be replaced and will be invalid
• This voucher can be used for one redemption only.
• Photocopies of this voucher are not accepted
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers
• This voucher is not allowed for resale by any means and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes without the prior written approval of Arome
• Arome reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this voucher without notice and reserves the right of the final decision in case of any dispute
• The Chinese version of the terms and conditions of this voucher prevails if any discrepancy exists between the Chinese and English version

• 服務類型之合約完結定義：閣下從本公司購買即免除本平台之一切責任而確認當顧客與服務供應商戶接觸及洽談服務細節後即代表服務經已交付予供應商戶而本公司對閣下之服務責任已經履行及已經完結。 如對其中服務內容有任何查詢或意見，請直接與服務供應商戶直接查詢。
